Return Policy

Returns are for defective products and exchanges for correct compatibility only. All returns must be made within 14 days of the delivery date and be accompanied by RMA number. If you are concerned about your TV and product's compatibility, please check immediately as they will not be eligible for return later that 14 days after delivery.

Do not return the shipment to it's return address. You must first verify all returns with Mounts Made Simple LLC, and have an RMA number with the order. To receive a RMA number, you must reply to your order confirmation email with your Name and Order Number to (info@mountsmadesimple.com).

We will then issue RMA number and you will be given 14 days to ship product back at your own expense using UPS, FEDEX or USPS with tracking. If the product is lost because you do not get tracking, we will not be able to credit you. Opting for delivery confirmation with signature is strongly recommended.

All shipping is non-refundable.

A 15% restocking fee will apply to all returns that were expedited.
If you received a product by FREE SHIPPING, you will be subject to 20% restocking fee for all returned products. If you purchased an item that is non-returnable, there will be no returns.

Restocking fees cannot be waived based on delivery time.  Shipping is an estimated time, unless otherwise noted by expedited shipping.  Mounts Made Simple is not responsible for timing delays. 

If it has been more than 14 days since delivery, Mounts Made Simple WILL refuse return.
