This mount is a very strong and compact mount for many small and medium sized TVS. It works with any TV that has certain VESA patterns that are common for these sized TVs. When your manual says it is VESA compliant, it means the Millimeter measurement is exactly as described for mounting. If you need to measure the back of your TV, the inches guidelines will be roughly as follows.

400x200 mm or roughly 15.7 x 7.8 inches
200x200 mm or roughly 7.9 x 7.9 inches
100x100 mm or roughly 3.9 x 3.9 inches.
200x100 mm or 7.9 x 3.9 inches
and 75 x75 mm or 2.9 x 2.9 inches.

Many Plasma and LCD TVs 42-52 will not work, and that will require the MMS SP3 or MMS MAM.
